What areas of the Coachella Valley do you serve?

What is included in a regular pool cleaning?
A standard visit covers skimming surface debris, brushing the walls and steps, vacuuming the floor, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, testing and balancing the water, and a quick look over your equipment so small problems get caught early.
How often does a pool filter need to be cleaned?
It depends on your filter type, how much you run the pump, and how much dust and wind your yard gets. A common rule of thumb is to clean the filter when the pressure gauge climbs roughly 8–10 psi above its clean baseline. Desert conditions here tend to load filters faster than most parts of the country, so it is worth checking more often than you might elsewhere. We are happy to look at yours and give you an honest answer.
What are your hours?
We work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and we are closed on Sunday. Early starts are usually the most comfortable time to work on a pool here in the summer, so morning slots go quickly.
Do you give free quotes?

Do I need to be home when you service the pool?
No. As long as we can get to the pool — an unlocked gate, a gate code, or a key you are comfortable sharing — you do not need to be there. We will let you know when the visit is done and flag anything that needs your attention.
